The education printing solution offers users a variety of accessible ways through which students and faculty can access and upload their print documents for printing on campus.

Students can logon to their institution’s ePRINTit™ web portal from any web-connected device. Once logged in, they can upload their desired print files directly to the ePRINTit™ cloud, manage their account and funds, and view previously executed print jobs. Students can also download their original documents to make any further edits.

Once the ePRINTit™ mobile app is installed on their smartphones, they will have secure access to their private campus accounts. They can manage their documents and funds, access their files from their favorite cloud accounts or local device memory, and select files for printing to the print station, all from within the mobile application.

Additionally, students can send their documents via attaching them to an email sent to a designated school email address. In return, students receive a randomized, secure 8-digit release code to security print out their documents.

After students send their print jobs to the ePRINTit™ cloud, they can easily retrieve their print jobs from any ePRINTit™ print station on campus. If students experience trouble locating a print kiosk on campus, they can use the geo-location feature on their mobile app, which will enable them to find the closest ePRINTit™ printer on campus.
